As a mom, I can’t say enough about the impact Hockey Time camps have had on my daughter, Iris. Having strong female coaches leading young girls is incredibly powerful - modeling what it looks like to be confident, hardworking, and resilient on the ice. As homeschoolers we have tremendous opportunity to enjoy wonderful activities throughout our days. Our Fall Homeschool Session 2026 is one such opportunity and includes 75 minutes of on-ice development followed by a 60 minute dryland training each week for 10 weeks. Building the foundational skills of skating and edge-work is a high priority, mixed with other skill development, and fostering a love of the game. We will also incorporate team building, communication skills, and reinforcing a respectful attitude for others, ourselves, and the facilities we get to use.

Hockey is an exciting sport. Let's grow together and enjoy it!

How will the practices be structured?

We will spend 3/4 of our time focused on skill development and 1/4 of our time scrimmaging and/or playing short sided games. Skating/edge work will be a key focus, as we layer on other crucial skills. Having fun will be layered throughout.

The dryland session will include a variety of skills including shooting, stickhandling, ladder drills, plyometrics, chalk talks, hand-eye coordination, quick feet drills, team building activities, and more.
